Getting ready for New Year and candy restrictions

Last year was a bit crazy with all the restrictions put into place.  I think many holidays are going to change this year, just by fear alone.  So I want to prepare people to be kind and get along when it comes to holidays. The pandemic has led us to understand things about our economy, and the medical world that needs to change.  It has also given us a new understanding of health and ideas to make sure our family is safe for the future.  We have put in place many protocols for holiday gatherings and regulations as well.  What I have enjoyed seeing is a tribute to health for Halloween and ideas to make sure our kids and family stay safe.  The joys of handing our favorite candy boxes to all the children are just wonderful.  It is great to see them light up when they chose the candy boxes and sweet treats you have laid out for them.  Last year we ended up making a pretty cool cleaning station and had candy that was all prepackaged and safe to clean.

Each family had their own protocol about what they were going to do and we saw a lot of different things happening.  But we did our stuff rather distanced and it worked well. The fact is that the statistics on rather one is better than the other are almost nonexistent.  But I think that the idea of keeping our kids from getting sick when visiting a lot of strangers or even getting the house residents sick by the visiting is a good idea.

The distancing was a good move and at our home, we made sure to separate out buckets of candy so the kids could each be separate.  We also put spooky foot sings for them to keep their distance if so desired.  We did not force anyone into our way of doing things and well kids will be kids, but we gave the open option to do it and to make sure everyone felt comfortable doing it.  Everyone should be able to do what they want and not have laws against it.  I think if you want to wear a mask great!  If you do not, that’s fine, the person who wants to do it can!

Safety was big for us this year and we still want all kids to be clean and healthy.  The thing is that we believed that some kids or parents were going to disinfect the candy before anyone was able to eat it.  It didn’t matter if only one person or child did this.  But what if they used bleach on the candy and then had their kids eat it.  Some containers are made of cardboard and can soak those chemicals right in.  I didn’t want anyone to even have to think about getting hurt so we decided to only use waterproof materials for our treats.

We got bars and bags that were all air-tight and water-sealed because we wanted to ensure that no kids got harmed dur9ng this fun holiday.  People clean everything and I want all our candy to be safe and protected from people who would put poisonous things to the body on candy.  That could go so wrong and I don’t want to be apart of that.

Flat and Capacitive Envelopes with a Self-Assembly tray

There are new ways for you to do your ecommerce packaging.

Flat and capacitive envelopes, along with a mailing folder and a self-assembly try are becoming the new for packaging. It’s time for you to start looking at new ways to get your products out to the masses.

Here are some unique ways that packaging companies are taking advantage of what customers and businesses need, and how these different items will provide just that.

Self-Assembly Trays

These are basically trays that you put together, and these days, they also offer interlocking flats.  For you, that means you don’t have to worry about gluing and the like.  They’re available in both corrugated and cardboard paper, and are perfect for being resistant, while also versatile for ecommerce packaging.

You can also get these trays as well to display products that you wish to refill, so if you’re selling chocolate, snacks, or even cosmetics, this is an option for you.

The Flat Envelope

While envelopes are great, you want something that offers protection, especially if you sell samples or ship out smaller ones for customers to try. Anything that’s fin also goes in these, such as sim cards and the like.

Flat envelopes come in a cardboard style and are good for holding accessories to offer protection. While not ideal for fragile items, they’re great for customization, and also provide an elegant, luxury container that people will enjoy.

Capacitate Envelopes

This is one that’s good for objects that are thicker or weighing a bit more.

It’s similar to an envelope, but also a box too, as this is something that uses the best of both worlds.

The back, along with the flaps of the envelopes are great for convenience, and also are great for preserving contents within.  They’re available primarily in cardboard, but the robust nature of the case is something good for clothes, gadgets, stationery, and even personal care of medicinal items.

The model is quite versatile and is a good packaging option for chocolates and the like. It’s simple to put together, and also very easy for you to fill. The hooking tab as well makes this perfect for reusing, as this does open and close together through snapping the sides and parts.

Mailing Folder

Then there is the mailing folder, which is great for documents, or anything that needs proper protection. With the rollover hinged lid, along with the side flaps that protrude out slightly, it offers adaptability, and ease of use, with also some respect for the content within, and a resistance as well to stress during delivery. It’s available in both corrugated boxes, along with regular cardboard.

The corrugated one is best if you’re dealing with an object that’s got some weight to it, or if it’s fragile.

The folder is made directly as well from corrugated cardboard for clothing, books, and also other personal items and accessories. This is ideal for anything that’s traveling via courier. This is because the internal walls used to reinforce are made specifically for creating protective barriers when trying to prevent impact from occurring as well, and to help you with this too.

In general, there are a lot of great ways for you to create the best means possible for your packaging solutions. When choosing packaging and other items, always consider these, and make sure that, when you’re ready, you’ve got everything that you need not only to ship this out to other people, but also to give your packaging the ideal solution that it can have, no matter what it may be.

Why you Should Use a book Wrap Mailer

Book wraps are something that’s new and in. Essentially they’re corrugated wrapping that’s designed specifically for books. They’re basically flat corrugated cardboard pieces with wings that you fold along the item in order to secure this in place effortlessly and quickly to ensure it gets to the destination perfectly. You may wonder how you go about wrapping this mailer, but it’s like how you would with a burrito or a tortilla wrapping.

Why so Versatile

The cool thing about these is that the mailer is something that’s referred to by the integrated retention type of flaps. They’re adjustable flaps that essentially give these mailers the versatility that they need. Due to their ability to fit around these items of different heights and depths, it ensures that a snug fit is possible.

Whether the package contains only one book or multiple types, it doesn’t matter whatsoever. These wings hold contents in a secure manner regardless, creating a crumple-zone that’s built in to offer cushioning without the void fill.

Once these get sealed, they’re rigid and super strong, so they’ll fight any perils that’ll happen during transit as well.

What can I Ship?

Obviously book wraps are for books, but that’s not the only thing.

They’re good for all sorts of media including video games, DVDs and CDs, along with picture frames, tablets and cases, catalogs, brochures, seeds, and stationery. Essentially, anything that’s similar will fit in there.

They come in a variety of sizes, which is what makes them really good for jewelry that’s boxed, along with watches, and for bulkier types of electronics and board games.

If there is a flat, rectangular sort of box shape and one that’s square, this is something that can be sent in, especially if it fits within the book wrapping.

With book wrap mailers, you’ll be able to have a lot of material on there, without compromising the flaps.  Vinyl is good with this too, and our mailers provide some of the best types of packaging out there.

Why are they popular?

There are a few reasons why book wraps are incredibly popular to use.

First, they’re relatively inexpensive to make and they’re easy to produce to the highest standard. There’s nothing super complicated about this. They have strength due to the way that they are made. Their ingenious simplicity of the design itself with the overhanging wings on each end offer the highest protection from damage.

Another advantage is that once they are put together, you can palletize these, so that they’re stored flat until they are able to be used.

They’re also great for packing up small orders and lots of stuff real fast. It only takes a few seconds for them to be assembled, and that’s huge considering the volumes of the orders that are there. they’re cost-effective, practical, and save you a boatload of time.  They are super easy for packers to take care of too.

Finally, they’re ideal for consolidating everything. Since they are good for letterboxes, you can usually ship this at a low cost. However, it’s more than that. let’s say that you’ve got a bunch or orders that are going to the same person and they’re around the same size? Getting a book wrap mailer offers a tried and tested type of choice.

The money, time, and the resources won’t be wasted on the packaging for this, so you’ll be able to consolidate all of this.

Book wrap mailers are great for many reasons, and a perfect addition for anyone with different kinds of shipping needs.

Brands are Now investing in Personalized Packaging Now More than Ever

The packaging that’s personalized is a buzzword that’s been making the waves, but it’s something that big brands are actually using.  Crayola, pepperidge Farm, and even Oreo and Coca-Cola are using this, as this is something that a lot of companies are realizing creates superfans. This creates a unique, personalized ownership, and let’s face it, people are looking to pay more for that.

Which companies are doing this? Well, let’s look at some of the leveraging that they use.

The Share a coke Campaign

This is something that was originally done back in 2012 in Australia, and it’s a phenomenon that we still recognized. This was targeted at those who are younger, and also the older generations. This is because the personalization of their products offered what’s called an emotional connection with the brand, and it helped them buy more, taking sales and driving them to new heights.

This is something that was different from what we’ve seen before. The analog technology wasn’t going to work, so they decided to use digital personalized labels, and created some cost-=effective production, without making the quality or speed go down.

This actually increased the consumption by up to 7%, and the campaign definitely increased the sales by over 2%, which is huge for an already giant company.

Goldfish my Way Campaign

This was a campaign done by Pepperidge Farm to celebrate the 50th birthday of Goldfish and the face. This allowed customers to create a custom Goldfish box, and also allowed them to write personal messages and photos.

This was actually advertised directly by the brand as a type of product and gift that’s special, and people could buy this for many events, including a kid’s first day of school.

This was something that really offered a connection, as it created a moment that was super happy in those people who loved these little fish snacks.

Oreo Color filled Campaign

This was one in November of 2014, and Modolez created an ecommerce store that offered Oreo cookies that were personalized directly before the holiday season.

This was unique, because it let these customers create a fund branding experience, and it also took advantage of another unique trend: the adult coloring book trend. They were given a portal that they could choose illustrations, color this, and then add a message that was personalized to the package.

This actually created a product that was five times the price, but customers loved it, and the interaction of this offered a chance for people to pay more for something that they supposedly increased in their value.

Crayola My Way

Finally, there was the Crayola My Way Campaign that was a fun one that allowed for consumers to personalize their crayons with a theme, message, and even images.

The coolest thing about this wasn’t the product, but just how it worked.  Crayons are not something that’s consumed super-fast, but they offer entertainment and a lot of fun, and many times, kids would use this for school years, sometimes even longer. It definitely solved a common issue that kids in school do have, the problem of identifying the crayons that were there. This lets them get the crayons that they have fast, and it also was fun.

So as you can see, many major brands still do use personalization, but you can too as a startup. If you’re looking to build your brand and create customer repeats, this is how you do it, and it’s worth checking out, especially for brand impact and the needs of this as well.

Fonts for Future-forward Packaging

Looking to make your packaging a little more futuristic.

There is no specific definition for futuristic, but a lot of fonts will have minimal aesthetics, and will also utilize weird geometric shapes. There is also sans-serif, which is popular in the tech and business world, especially for smart technology, and for brands that are modern, in order to build reputations.

Here, we’ll give you some of the best fonts for packaging, in both commercial and personal use and while it might be a little challenging to get these, we’ll tell you how you can.

Blanka

This is a font designed by Emmeran Richard and is the first of the many futuristic typefaces that the graphic designer has. It’s unconventional and minimalistic and is created by using different parts that are missing from various letterforms.

It’s free for both commercial and personal use, so you might want to look into this one.

Ailerons

This is a font that’s designed by Adilson Gonzales and is a very clean typeface with tall types of letterforms. It’s perfect for innovative, premium feels to packaging,  and is great for occupying packaging space, especially if it does stand on the taller end.

This one is free for personal usage, and if you want to use it for commercial endeavors, make sure to contact the artist to find out if you can.

Eliano

This is another one designed by Emanuele Papale, and it works with various geometric shapes, creating a fun and futuristic sort of aesthetic.

It utilizes the A as a triangle, and then the O is an additional dot within this.

It’s Avant Garde, and it won’t have organic lines, so it’s more geometric than anything else.

It’s free for both personalized and commercial use and can be a fun way to really stand out.

Exan-3

This is a font that’s created by Jon Carlos and is known as a monospaced sort of font that offers a futuristic yet retro look, with a mixture of both curved and straight lines, and the usage of angular, and rounded corners.

It’s great, and since it is monospaced, it makes this font a lot wider, and ideal for packaging that tends to also be a bit wider as well.

It’s free to use for both personalized and commercial usages.

Stellar

This is a font that’s been created by Mathieu Desjardins, and it’s a minimalistic type, especially compared to the others we’ve listed. It achieves the futuristic and aesthetics of this through clarity and simplicity. It’s great because it comes in 4 different weights, and you can use this with over 33 different languages.

It is free for both commercialized and personal use.

Dual

Finally, there is DUAL, which was created by Charles Daoud, and is inspired by the Neue Haas and Gotham fonts.

This is one with straight lines and over 90 degree angles, creating a feel that’s experimental and unique. It has a sans serif and full width type of design also make this complex, but also minimalistic all at the same time.

It comes with 251 alternate types of glyphs, and 10 different stylistic types of sets, so it’s super flexible. It also provides support for both North America, and also South America, along with other parts of Europe too.

The 300 type is free both personally and commercially, whereas the other weighted options are a little bit pricier, but if you don’t need to pay, you can just get the regular and it will do well with a lot of personalized and commercial touches for your own various needs as well.

The Importance of Sustainable Luxury Packaging

Luxury packaging is great for a lot of items, especially watches, necklaces and jewelry, and even clothing. But, it does come with a small problem: the precarious balance between meeting your premium expectations and aligning with the overall sustainability of said items.

These days, there is a demand for eco-friendly packaging, especially for those environmentally conscious customers. Sustainable luxury packaging is the new way to go, and here, we’ll go over the ins and outs of being luxurious, while also caring about the earth.

Using Eco Friendly Materials for Premium Items

This is the first aspect to consider. While it might not be possible at first, using some materials such as recycled paper, plastic that’s biodegradable, or containers that are reusable is a good place to start.   They offer a premium look to them, while also being good for the planet. You’d be surprised at how much of a difference incorporating these items may make you feel, and the incentives that come with this.

Going Minimal

With this luxury packaging, you want to go minimal as well. minimalism is the best way to make the designs feel sleek and sexy, without compromising the luxury that goes with this.

Sleek designs that offer a unique feel to them definitely creates an excitement that will be bolstered.   You want to make sure that you don’t forget the luxury too, because a lot of times, you’ll be missing out on what the packaging needs if you just give them a plain old box.

Benefits and Drawbacks

When going sustainable, but luxurious, you’ll want to make sure that, with the right balance, you enhance the customer reputation. That’s the overall goal, because it means that you’re showing a commitment towards sustainability, while also going luxurious in terms of aesthetic.   This is important, especially when you are trying to build that right balance.

However, you must make sure you’re not being too costly with the choices, because there is the challenge of the high costs that come with sustainable materials, and the premium price points most luxury items have. Knowing this balance, and crafting this right balance is so important, because you don’t want to out-price these items, just for the sake of sustainability.

But, with this type of eco-friendly packaging, a lot of people are able to get the most that they can with it. it shows the dedication to your products, and also aiming to give the best feeling possible, without too much holding it back.

Tips to Design the ultimate Luxury Packaging

The best thing to do here is to create a box that’s made from high-quality materials, such as those luxury gift boxes that are made from corrugated paper.   After that, you also want to make sure that your tissue paper is sustainable as well.

Another big thing is to try and make it so that your packaging feels exclusive in terms of craftsmanship, but also not wasteful. Creating a reusable packaging that doesn’t feel cheap is a great way to start, but there are other ways too, especially when you’re putting together the ultimate in packaging.

There’s a lot of big changes for the realm of luxury packaging, with the rise of circular economy models and eco-friendly innovations of material. Being transparent with sustainability is vital, especially for bolstering consumer trust. Doing all of this and aiming to create the ideal in terms of packaging design will be essential, all without compromising the environmental values.

So go ahead, start designing your luxury packaging today, and see for yourself the major differences that your luxury packaging space can have on you.

How to Balance Simplicity and Functionality in Minimalist Packaging

Minimalism is all the rage, and with more people using it, you definitely want to make sure that it’s simple, and effective.

Balancing both simplicity and functionality is important. Minimalism as a trait means that there’s only the minimum left, and you’re not throwing an overabundance of design to the items that you have.

Being able to balance these and make your packaging stand out is a feat in it of itself. Here are some fun ways to balance both the simplicity and the functionality of your packaging experience.

Keep Everything Simple

Overcomplicated designs and packaging crowding are not what you need with minimalism in packaging.   You don’t need a ton of images or decorative elements either. The goal is to focus on uncluttered and clean designs, along with carefully choosing the elements that will represent the products at hand. It will definitely change the way people see the products and keep the shine that you want.

Utilize Fonts that are simple.

Fonts that are fancy like cursive swirls will definitely be a contrast to your packaging. Simple and block-style fonts are the way to go with packaging minimalism. The goal is to get to the point, and you are able to do that with your packaging fonts.

Contrast Galore

Contrast is kind of cool because it can really make designs that you have pop. A key part of minimalism is to use this, because it creates better visual interests, and highlights design elements that you might not be able to use otherwise.

While you aren’t going to crowd the packaging with a ton of images, highlighting the small parts of what matters plays a huge role in making minimalism shine on all fronts.

Make the Materials High Quality

While you are going simple with the design, that doesn’t mean you use low quality materials.   It might be tempting, but the big thing with minimalism is that it stands out and looks good, but also is high in quality, so you are able to highlight the little things that are there.

Being simple and complementing the current packaging state with this is so important that you will definitely want to use this, no matter what.

Sustainable Materials, and Less Too

Finally, you want to use less material.   Less material means that you’re not shoving a bunch of void fill in it.   you want to strike the balance between the minimal and the functional, so don’t go and shove a ton of material in there.

This does save money too. when you’re shipping via dimensional weight, you will notice it goes down if you practice minimalism, saving brands of all kinds in costs as well.

Then of course, there’s the materials that come with this. you should use compostable and recyclable materials. That doesn’t mean that you can’t use a little bit of plastic if that’s the only option but try to shoot for bioplastics or something more sustainable.

Focusing on reusable packaging and reducing the amount of packaging waste is the final part of minimalism. You want to embody sustainability, and you can do this through the packaging that you offer.

With that said, minimalism is the way to go these days. With a striking balance between the functionality and the materials you use, you’ll be amazed at the difference this makes in the long haul. People are able to, with this as well, build the ideal experience they can with the materials that you have.   You will be able to embody all of this, creating the ultimate in functionality as well.

Yummy, Refreshing, Ice Cream Packaging

Summer is in full swing, and what better way to celebrate is a refreshing, sweet ice cream treat, complete with some fun packaging.

Food industry packaging is a little bit different from others, because with food packaging, you absolutely need quality, and it’s a huge part of it.  you also need to make sure that you also give a product that tastes good, and also looks good.

Ice cream is a product with a lot of different producers, and a ton of them tend to be artisanal, and a lot are also very tasty, and fresh.  The problem with this is the competitiveness of this. How does one convince the customers here to buy the product that you have, rather than a competitor? The answer lies in the packaging, as this is a weapon that’s tasty, and perfect for sales and other phases.

Products, their freshness, and even different flavors, are right near the main heart of these solutions that we see. Whether they’re simplistic boxes for ice cream with different illustrations, or even lettering that’s creative, or just minimalistic, effective packaging, there are a lot of different ways for you to do this. the right type of ice cream packaging is one that sells this, and ideally, is also good for the environment too.

Some of them are also looking to create paper packaging too. This is because it’s eco friendly, and fun.

How Can I Design My Ice Cream Packaging?

Well, it all depends.  If you’re someone who likes to keep things minimal, you can do this. you can have the name of the product, a logo, or even just pictures of ice cream trucks, stands, or the ice cream itself.

Then, by adding as a final touch, a little pattern and design at the very top to border the image.  Simple, easy, and fun to look at.

Another thing that a lot of people like to also do is fun graphics and lettering. Some of them like to have it in black and white, with the designs and words all over it in this packaging.  To add to this, the ice creams are packaged individually, creating a fun, unique image, and providing the packaging with the perfect way to stay fresh.

Yollibox is another one that does give a great packaging idea, especially for their frozen yogurt.  They have a simple white container with a giant piece of fruit, the color of the fruit as the typeface bordered by the white.  This is a good way to make simple, distinct packaging, and with the paper sleeves and the ice cream inside, it provides you with a fun, eco smart container that really stands out.

Fifty Licks takes things in a different type of way.  They package ice cream in little paper containers that are cubic shaped. On the front is the name of their brand, with a gray background and a variety of colors, each of which correspond to the different flavors of ice cream.  The sides of the box are all in white, with a darker typeface so that people can read this.

Finally, popsicle packaging. These work well with a paper box, individually wrapped in a paper packaging, and then, on the very front, you can design it with a person holding and eating the sweet treat that they enjoy.

At the end of the day, there are a lot of different packaging incentives for a person to have, and a lot that people will benefit from. If you’re looking to get the most out of your ice cream packaging, now’s the time!

Food Packaging and Fashion

Fashion and food packaging are two unique, but great combinations that offer some great results. Here, we’re going to look at some of the packaging that incorporates fashion into the foods that we love.

First, let’s talk about the Grisbi, which is food packaging, and this is something that a lot of people have for them to enjoy.  This was started by Matilde Vincenzi, which launched special editions for Grisbi biscuits, that are targeted to the fridge counter part of the world, and this is something that’s similar to the Kinder Ferrero products. The variants were made, proposed, and they included lemon, hazelnut, and coconut. The packaging did need to be attractive, faithful, and reflect product freshness, doing so through some illustrations and an icy coat that’s added to the top of this that can be put on there.

There were variants of this product packaging too. One of them includes the Wild variant, which was framed by a leopard print in a more animalistic look. The long treatment of making it almost like a roar color gave it an enticing feeling to it. This also provided poetic license that only the most well-established brands can get together. There was also the subtle vanilla flavor, offering a more refined, detailed palate to an audience demanding of such.

This success also offered some other initiatives that are differentiating, customizable, culminating into a newer, more refined variant of the famous biscuits that were in Italy. This connotation of both elegance with a spicy color and accent to it, offered a payoff titled “passion.”

The dark purple and the pink added to the passion flavors dominate this, with photographs that illustrate a sophisticated, intriguing lace texture to this. The primary audience is females, who are engaged in both emotional, almost palatal sort of spheres, inviting a lot of people into the sins of gluttony and other vices too.

The limited edition types of packaging that came from this were developed from professionals. There was a remarkable vertical box that was highlighted by a significant model that was dressed as a Madonna in a sort of “like a virgin” showcased on the color.

But this wasn’t the first time that this embraced the food industry through the realm of packaging. There was also the Magnum, which was done by Dolce and Gabbana, which was enticing, and enchanting too. The graphics had a sort of typical Sicilian cart that comes with a unique graphic that’s the ideal balance between precious elements using gold, modernity, and even some accents that were vintage within folklore and history. This was a real need for a lot of people inspired by this type of packaging.

Finally, there is the barilla pasta, where a lot of gourmet giants were starting to try this too, using fashion to really bring food packaging to life. One of them was the pink pasta boxes that were used to celebrate the GCDS streetwear, which was done in conjunction to celebrate pride.  This is something that’s not usually seen in the world of food, and packaging that does stand out, screaming from the shelves, giving you a unique feel to it, can be very interesting, and unique too.

Then finally, there was Rummo pasta, where they used special, branded pasta that was a great combination of both the expectations provided, and a very attentive sort of criticism that comes with this, where a lot of people benefited.

So yes, packaging and food are intimately connected, and when you put them both together, you get some of the best packaging there is to offer.

Zero-Waste Packaging Solutions: Seals without Adhesive

There’s now more ways for people to be sustainable. Though we spend a lot of time looking at boxes, it also is important to look at the tape that you use.

Tape is not that good for the environment. From a sustainability standpoint, it was not sustainable in the past. It does not break down, and it tends to be made with oils, which are not only toxic, but also are not good for the environment.

Tape is also not good with being used by automation. So, if you’re looking to automate your facilities, you need to ditch tape.

The final reason is that it does reduce the impact of unboxing experiences. There’s nothing more annoying than if you’re trying to open something and the tap’s layered on so thick that you can’t.

So yes, packaging with too much tape is not going to be fun to navigate, and it is time for you to ditch the tape, for a variety of reasons.

Tape-Free boxes and Packages

There’s tape-free boxes that you can use. Slot and tab boxes are one example. These are boxes that have slots and tabs that you can either press or push in, in order to lock up the box or open it.

There’s also self-locking boxes where, once you push this in, it will lock up the box, so nothing can affect the seal until it gets to the customer.

Finally, you have magnetic seals. Magnets are becoming a lot more popular for zero-waste solutions because magnets tend to be a very useful, easy solution for packaging needs.

Benefits for Fulfillment Centers

Fulfillment centers that ditch tape are going to see a marked increase in productivity and items that go out.

It offers a faster assembly, which of course means that items are put together a whole lot faster, so you can get more product out the door.

It also reduces the need for tools and use of such, so again, faster productivity. And best of all, you’re saving money not having to buy tape dispensers.

Customer Impact

It is much cleaner if you ditch the tape. Think about it, they’ll be able to open the box without having to use something to open it, like a knife or scissors. It’s better for reducing wrap rage, especially if there’s a lot on there.

It also looks better too. you will see that the package isn’t littered with tape.

It also means easier returns.   If something doesn’t fit, or you don’t like it, then you can return it, without having to rip apart the tape and pray that the box stays together.

Overall, zero tape packaging solutions are made with the idea of not just making it faster for facilities, but also good for customers too. and, if you are an eco-friendly brand, ditching the tape is also another perk that people will love too.

Where’s it Catching on?

Some industries are still attached to the tape, and for a good reason, because their packaging needs it.

But, a lot of fashion brands, especially sustainable ones, are ditching the tape. They’re able to give their customers a fun, immersive branding experience that will really shine.

Another is electronics. Lots of electronics benefit from no tape. If you think about it, it makes it easier for customers to get the item and use it, and also will reduce the use of tape on any surfaces which don’t need it.

Finally, there are minimalist brands which, from a sustainability standpoint, should ditch the tape like ages ago, so it’s worthwhile for them.
